Shipping
- Physical products can be shipped to selected countries worldwide.
- Shipping cost is calculated by destination country or region and product weight.

- Orders are prepared after successful payment confirmation.
Digital PDF guide
- The online PDF instructions are a digital product and do not require shipping.
- After successful payment, the customer receives order confirmation by email.
- The download link or file access is sent to the email address used during checkout.
- If the email does not arrive, customers should check spam folders or contact Hydro Dipas.
Returns
- Unused physical products can be returned within 14 days after delivery.
- Returned products must be unopened, unused and in original condition.
- Used, opened or damaged body marbling products cannot be returned unless the item arrived incorrect or defective.
- For damaged or incorrect items, customers should contact Hydro Dipas with order details and photos.
Payments
- Payments are processed securely through the payment provider configured for the shop.
- The order is processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise.
- Payment, shipping and customer details must be correct before placing the order.
